Contract of services between you and the SITLCS

Accepting our terms and conditions and completing your booking forms the contract of services between you and SITLCS. You will receive an email to confirm your booking as well an invoice/receipt.

Fees and payment

Payment must be received in advance of the course. Your place is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be issued 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to the course date.

Attendance at the course

Payment must be received prior to the course taking place. You will not be admitted to the course unless full payment has been received by the SITLCS. Our dress code is smart/casual.

SITLCS will provide course materials as part of the course fee.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to admn.shreeshaya.itlcs@gmail.com Cancellations received 14 days (10 working days) or more prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued if you withdraw, for whatever reason, within 2 weeks of the course.

Course transfers

You can transfer your booking to the same course on the next available date (subject to availability) provided you notify SITLCS in writing 14 days (10 working days) or more prior to the start of the course.

Non-attendance at a course

We will not issue refunds for delegates who fail to attend for whatever reason.

Cancellation of a course by SITLCS

The SITLCS reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, speakers, fees or venues without prior notice and without liability. The SITLCS also reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability to

delegates for expenses incurred.

All of our training courses are extremely practical and hands-on. We base our courses on case studies and group interaction; if we do not receive adequate numbers to ensure the training course is practical and effective for each delegate, we retain the right to cancel the course.

In such circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative date.

SITLCS, through various web-platforms that help our members to register, reset passwords, get training, partner with us, etc. collects personally identifiable information such as e-mail addresses, names, home or work addresses, telephone numbers, organization names, etc. SITLCS also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, and favourites.

Information You Give Us

You may choose to apply for specific information or services on topics such as products, training, white papers, brochures, etc. which may require you to fill out forms and share your personal information. This information is irrespective of your membership. SITLCS asks you to allow representatives of SITLCS to contact you for the purpose asked.

Data You Provide to Us:

SITLCS may collect different data from or about you depending on how you use SITLCS Services. Below are some examples to help you better understand the data we collect.

When you create an account and use the Services, including through a third-party platform, we collect any data you provide directly, including, but not limited to data about your accounts on other Services. We may obtain certain information through your social media or other online accounts if they are connected to your SITLCS account. If you login to SITLCS via Facebook or join SITLCS sponsored WhatsApp Group, another third-party platform or service, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that other account. For example, depending on the platform or service we may collect your name, profile picture, account ID number, login email address, location, the physical location of your access devices, gender, birthday, and list of friends or contacts.

Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform or service decide to give us.

If you access or use our Services through a third-party platform or service, or click on any third-party links, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party.
